Mindbody One - Nutritional Therapist

TAKE OWNERSHIP OF YOUR HEALTH

How we work together

Identifying the Root Cause:

Identifying the root cause of dis-ease means looking beyond the symptoms to understand the fundamental factors that contribute to the onset and progression of the illness. It involves a comprehensive assessment of your whole mindbody and its systems to identify any imbalances. And working together to understand WHY you experience symptoms or have a health issue so a path to re-establishing your health can emerge.

Personalised Approach:

No two people are alike. And no two dis-ease states are alike. Each person’s path to optimal health is different based on their unique physiological and psycho-emotional characteristics. A tailored therapeutic plan is created, which addresses YOUR specific disfunctions and is designed to help you optimise YOUR health.

Functional Testing:

Advanced laboratory testing such as comprehensive stool analysis, DNA testing, hair tissue mineral analysis, or blood tests may be recommended to assess biomarkers, nutrient and hormone levels, toxic burden, digestive function and other factors that provide insights into your imbalances. These tests can guide the precision of the personalised nutritional and lifestyle interventions.

Integrative Psychological Coaching

Most of our limits exist within our own thoughts. You can start over at any time. As a trained Integrative Psychological Coach, I can provide a safe space for my clients to explore what may be holding them back and assist them in finding the path to achieving their goals, health-related or other.

Welcome to a space where science meets soul — where nutritional medicine and integrative coaching become a language of healing. Here, we listen to the body’s quiet wisdom and pair it with the clarity of evidence-based science to uncover what truly nourishes you.

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s wrong; it’s about remembering what’s right — restoring balance, vitality, and trust in your body’s innate intelligence. Through root-cause exploration, personalised nutrition, and compassionate guidance, we create the conditions for the body to do what it’s designed to do: heal, thrive, and come back to wholeness.

Working with Yoana has really been a game changer for me. In just over six months she's guided and supported me through multiple challenges - from diet to TMS related pain, and anxiety. Her compassionate yet professional attitude has made the world of difference during our weekly sessions and I've gained knowledge, skills and insights that are used as everyday resources for me now. Based on the results I've personally seen, I would highly recommend Yoana to anyone who actively wants to work towards their goals.

Everyone’s health journey is unique, so the time it takes to see results can vary. Some people notice improvements in areas like energy, digestion, or sleep within a few weeks, while deeper changes, such as balancing hormones or supporting long-term health, may take months or even years. Because the aim is to get to the root of issues and create a lasting change to dietary habits and lifestyle, nutritional therapy works best as a gradual process, not a quick fix. And remember, healing from chronic dis-ease is not linear, so some setbacks can be expected along the way.
