Hair sample:

A Hair Tissue Mineral Test measures the levels of minerals and toxic metals in the hair and is indicative of a measurement at cellular level. Hair provides a long-term view of the body’s mineral status, as minerals and toxins are deposited in hair tissue over time.

An HMTA can be used to assess:

Mineral Deficiencies or Imbalances: It identifies levels of essential minerals which play critical roles in various body functions such as energy production, nerve function, and bone health.

Heavy Metal Toxicity: High levels of toxic metals can contribute to chronic health issues, including neurological problems and immune dysfunction.

Metabolic Function: The balance of minerals reflects how well the body is functioning at the metabolic level.

Stress and Adrenal Health: Certain mineral patterns in the HTMA can indicate how the body is coping with stress, including adrenal gland function.

Thyroid and Hormone Health: Imbalances in some minerals can affect thyroid and hormonal function, providing clues to issues like fatigue, weight gain, or mood disorders.

Price includes an HTMA test, a 60min consultation with the test results and a personalised report with nutritional and lifestyle recommendations.
