Hair sample:

A Hair Tissue Mineral Test measures the levels of minerals and toxic metals in the hair and is indicative of a measurement at cellular level. Hair provides a long-term view of the body’s mineral status, as minerals and toxins are deposited in hair tissue over time.

An HMTA can be used to assess:

Mineral Deficiencies or Imbalances: It identifies levels of essential minerals which play critical roles in various body functions such as energy production, nerve function, and bone health.
